# Who to Contact for What

## Protecting Helen's attention

Helen is the practice's only full-time clinician. Before a question goes to her, check whether anyone else on this table can answer it. When you do need her, batch it into one conversation.

## When nobody knows

Some answers don't exist yet. If you hit one, don't burn a day hunting. Tell the practice manager, and it becomes an open item.

## Contact details

Phone numbers and email addresses for the team are in your onboarding packet and in the practice directory in Google Workspace. They're not printed here because this manual may be shared outside the team.
